Job Description

Slim Strong Salubrious seeks a smart, professional, and customer-oriented female receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our Burdwan clinic (Opposite Nababhat Bus Stand, Burdwan - 713104).

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk-in Client & Patient with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and guide Client & Patient to the appropriate department.
• Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth Client & Patient flow in the Clinic.
• Assist the sales and service teams with Client & Patient coordination.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and front desk management.
• Maintain the reception area with a premium brand feel.
• Social Media Handling.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email handling).
• Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
