Job Description:

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-friendly Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, welcome clients, handle enquiries, and coordinate appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinic staff.
Maintain client records and appointment schedules.
Assist with daily front-office and administrative activities.
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements:

Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Pleasant appearance and professional grooming.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and coordination abilities.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Work Schedule: Sunday working; weekly off on a weekday.
