We are now looking for an exceptional receptionist to be the first face of the clinic.

About The Role

As a Receptionist at LEOR Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for every client, at the desk and on the phone. You will welcome clients, manage the appointment book and keep the front desk running smoothly, so that every visit begins and ends to the standard of the clinical work.

Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk and Client Welcome

• Greet every client on arrival, check them in and make them comfortable while they wait.
• Answer clinic calls and handle walk-in enquiries promptly and courteously.
• Hand clients over to the relationship manager, doctor or technical team at the right time.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

• Book, confirm and reschedule consultations and sessions in the clinic’s appointment system.
• Send reminders and confirm next-day appointments to keep no-shows to a minimum.
• Coordinate schedules between clients, doctors and the technical team so that every visit runs to time.

3. Client Experience

• Keep the reception and waiting lounge presentable to LEOR Clinic standards throughout the day.
• Manage waiting times and keep clients informed of any delay.
• Resolve routine queries at the desk and escalate concerns to the centre manager or doctor without delay.

4. Records, Billing and Reporting

• Maintain accurate client details and appointment records in the clinic CRM.
• Support billing and payment collection at checkout, accurately and on time.
• Report daily on footfall, appointments, no-shows and collections.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline. A qualification in hospitality or front office management is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience at a front desk or reception, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, luxury retail or hospitality.

Required Skills

• A well-groomed, polished presence and genuine warmth with every client.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi, Marathi preferred.
• Calm and organised under pressure, able to manage calls, walk-ins and schedules at the same time.
• Comfort with appointment, billing and CRM software. Experience with Zenoti is an advantage.
• Punctual and reliable, with a strong eye for detail.
