Responsibilities
● Manage Retail stock levels and adjust pricing using in-house stock-control systems.
● Monitor listings and act on underperforming product lines.
● Unpack, check and upload new stock to the stock-control system in the online retail portal.
● Liaise with suppliers regarding missing/damaged items or returns.
● Liaise with suppliers regarding warranty claims.
● Has a good eye for detail and accuracy.
● possesses excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
● Cares about customer service.
● Good computer skills.
● Should be fluent in English.
