Receptionist/Administrator

Position: Receptionist cum Administrator (Female Candidates Only)
Industry: Aviation | Pilot Training
Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience & communication skills)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in visitors and students at the front desk
• Attend phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Counsel prospective students and parents on training programs
• Manage admission paperwork, document filing, and student records
• Coordinate batches, schedules, and act as a bridge between students and faculty
• Support general office operations and provide administrative assistance

Who We're Looking For:

• Female candidates only (freshers or with up to 2 years of experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with phone conversations and student interactions
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Passion for the education or aviation sector is a plus!
