Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Handle telecalling activities: make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients/customers.
  • Provide information about products/services and generate leads through calls.
  • Maintain a record of calls, inquiries, and client interactions.
  • Schedule appointments/meetings and manage calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails/couriers.
  • Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
