* Make outbound calls to students/parents from provided leads
* Receive and handle incoming inquiry calls
* Explain courses, fees, batch timings, and admission process clearly
* Follow up with interested students and convert inquiries into admissions
* Maintain accurate call records and student details
* Schedule counseling sessions or demo classes
* Handle basic objections and answer queries politely
* Coordinate with the admissions and academic team
* Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
* Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
* Clear and confident speaking voice
* Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or calling software)
* Ability to convince and build trust with parents/students
* Polite, patient, and professional attitude
* Minimum: 10+2 (Graduate preferred)
* Prior Telecalling or education counseling experience is an advantage
* Freshers with good communication skills can apply
