Key Responsibilities:

Greet students, parents, and visitors politely
Handle front desk operations and walk-in inquiries
Answer incoming calls and direct them to concerned departments
Maintain student inquiry records and daily footfall data
Schedule appointments and coordinate with counselors
Manage basic administrative tasks (registers, forms, emails)
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)
Presentable personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM preferred)
Customer-friendly attitude
Ability to multitask

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospective students/leads and explain courses & benefits
Follow up on inquiries received through calls, website & social media

Achieve daily/weekly calling and admission targets
Handle student queries confidently and professionally
Coordinate with counselors for closures

Preferred Candidates:
