Urgent Opening for the post of Receptionist

Location - Turbhe, navi Mumbai

Experience - 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification - Any Graduate

Role & Responsibilities -

Front Desk Management: Welcome and greet clients, visitors, channel partners (CPs) and guests professionally.
Call Handling: Attend incoming calls, transfer calls to concerned departments and take messages.
Visitor Management: Maintain visitor registers and coordinate client appointments.
Client Coordination: Guide walk-in customers and connect them with the Sales / Presales team.
Appointment Management: Schedule meetings for Directors, Management and other departments.
Documentation: Maintain records, courier details and incoming/outgoing documents.
Office Administration: Handle stationery, housekeeping coordination and basic office requirements.
Email & Communication: Manage general emails and communicate important messages to concerned teams.
Meeting Room Management: Arrange meeting rooms and ensure proper meeting coordination.
Customer Service: Maintain a professional front-desk environment and ensure a positive visitor experience.
