Job Description

Receptionist - Job description

Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Managing front-desk operations and visitor coordination.
Maintaining inward and outward records.
Handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinating with the sales team and other office staff.
Assisting customers during property visits.
Flat showcasing and property walkthroughs will be an added advantage.
Manage customer/ CP coordination at our real estate office.

Eligibility & Experience

3–4 years of relevant work experience required.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and office administration skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

Preferred Skills

Good verbal communication.
Customer relationship management.
Organized record-keeping.
Confidence in interacting with prospective homebuyers.
Ability to coordinate property visits and showcase flats.

Work Location: Dighi, Pune

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
