The Receptionist Secretary position at our company located in Bengaluru North is a full-time, on-site role that involves handling clerical tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, and performing company secretarial work. Your responsibilities will also include managing communication with clients and colleagues, as well as ensuring high standards of customer service. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in clerical skills such as filing, scheduling, and data entry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Previous experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance will be beneficial. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients are a must. We are looking for someone with strong organizational and multitasking abilities who can work independently as well as part of a team.
