Receptionist (Morning Shift)

Job Title: Receptionist Location: Kestopur, Kolkata Shift Timing: Morning Shift – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a polite, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities at our office in Kestopur, Kolkata. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and should ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules Manage front desk operations and office coordination Receive and dispatch couriers and documents Assist with basic administrative tasks Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area Eligibility & Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English Pleasant personality and professional attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel) Prior receptionist/front office experience preferred Benefits: Fixed working hours (morning shift) Friendly and professional work environment Salary as per experience and interview Interested candidates can apply with their updated CV.
