Receptionist – Massage Center

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Process payments and manage the cash register.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist massage therapists and staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills, including booking software and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in wellness, health, or massage therapy is a plus.
