We are looking for a smart, cheerful, and responsible Receptionist to manage our well-known Homeopathy Clinic in Malleswaram.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and handle front-desk coordination

Dispense homeopathic medicines as per doctor’s instructions

Maintain patient records and appointments

Attend phone calls & WhatsApp queries courteously

Manage clinic operations smoothly

Exerience in digital marketing tasks (FB , INSTAGRAM, GOOGLE, YOUTUBE)
Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a receptionist / clinic or office assistant

Really Good communication in English (Kannada / Hindi an added advantage)

Proper computer and internet knowledge – Excel, email, Google tools

Responsible, pleasant personality & patient-friendly attitude

Work Details

Timings: Monday – Friday,

2.30PM – 7:30 PM
