Job Description: We are looking for a Front Office Executive / Receptionist with a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude to be the first point of contact for our organization. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and professional attitude. Handle incoming calls, route them to appropriate departments, and respond to basic inquiries. Maintain front desk operations including visitor records, daily staff attendance, and incoming-outgoing registers. Coordinate with internal departments and staff members for smooth front office functioning. Maintain and update daily reports, records, and appointment schedules. Support in administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and communication. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 1–3 years in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Soft-spoken with good convincing skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Polite, well-groomed, and confident with a pleasing personality. Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
