Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at our Jewellery Store in Dumdum, Kolkata. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, directing visitors, performing clerical tasks and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all customers and visitors.

Qualifications

• Min. 10+2 Pass with 3-4 years of jewellery shop reception activities experience only
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
• Moderate Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor
