Job Description

Receptionist Duties:

Greeting Patients: Providing a warm and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
Phone Management: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate staff.
Scheduling: Managing appointments and patient schedules, if applicable.
Information Management: Answering patient inquiries, providing directions, and assisting with paperwork.
Administrative Tasks: Handling mail, filing, and other general office duties.

Pharmacist Duties:

Prescription Handling: Receiving, verifying, and processing prescription orders.
Patient Counseling: Providing basic information about medications to patients.

Additional Responsibilities:

Cash Handling: Handling cash transactions and operating the cash register.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to patients and other healthcare providers.
Record Keeping: Maintaining patient records and updating relevant information.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
