Receptionist - Female Only

We are looking for organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and staff in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Handle front-desk operations including inquiries, registrations, and walk-ins.
• Maintain attendance records and update all data properly.
• Coordinate with Manager and counselors for scheduling appointments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with basic administrative and support tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
• Prior experience in a front-office or receptionist role will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Qualification - Graduation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
