Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; schedule appointments accordingly Manage and update electronic health records and patient information accurately Process patient intake forms and ensure required documentation is complete Handle billing, insurance verifications, and point-of-sale transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and calming reception area Coordinate practitioner schedules and communicate changes as needed Provide information about clinic services, treatments, and wellness products Monitor inventory of front desk and clinic supplies; reorder when necessary Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies Support clinic events, workshops, and promotional activities when applicable Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support clinic operations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Language: Kannada (Preferred)
