Patient Reception: Greet and register patients, verify details.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, confirm, and send reminders.

Billing & Insurance: Verify insurance, assist with payments and claims.

Records Management: Update and maintain patient records confidentially.

Communication: Answer calls, relay patient concerns, and notify of changes.

Patient Coordination: Assist with forms, guide patients to departments.

Administrative Support: Handle office tasks, maintain supply inventory.

Team Collaboration: Work with staff to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance: Follow hospital policies, ensure HIPAA compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Medical receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
