Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Receptionist / Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients. The role primarily involves calling clients, coordinating appointments, and managing front desk communication. This position is ideal for freshers with strong English communication skills and a pleasant, professional personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Call clients and handle incoming phone inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate meetings (office and Zoom)
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Manage emails and front desk communication
• Assist with basic documentation and office coordination
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Update records and internal systems

Candidate Requirements

• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident and polite while speaking with clients
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Zoom)
