Job Description

We are looking for candidates who can be flexible with shifts. Job requirement is for multiple location (candidate should be ok to work in different location with in 3kms range).. Front Desk Executive: • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner. • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. • Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic customer queries. • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming. • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members or service bookings. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. • Maintain records and documentation related to visitors and calls. Telecaller: • Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads, or clients to promote products/services or to follow up on inquiries. • Respond to incoming calls from customers, answering their questions and addressing any concerns. • Maintain an updated database of customer contact information and call logs. • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as set by the management. • Provide accurate information and explain the services or products to prospective clients. • Handle objections and build positive customer relationships. • Report on telecalling activities and outcomes regularly.
