Receptionist Cum Telecaller @ GD Goenka Healthcare Academy, Silchar

GD Goenka Healthcare Academy, Silchar, is a leading paramedical institute that offers various courses in the healthcare sector. We are looking for a female receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team and support our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and students in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls and handle inquiries about the institute and its courses.
• Provide information and guidance to prospective and existing students.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the staff and the faculty.
• Maintain records and files of the institute and ensure their accuracy and confidentiality.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• A pleasant and courteous personality with a customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Preferably from Silchar or nearby areas.
