**Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Female Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students achieve their academic and personal goals. The counsellor will provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate academic challenges, personal issues, and career planning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.

- Assist students in understanding and overcoming social, behavioral, or academic problems.

- Develop and implement educational and career plans.

- Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, study skills, and career planning.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions.

- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success.

- Act as a liaison between students, parents, and faculty.

**Qualifications:**

- Graduation in Any field.

- Prior experience in student counselling or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude.

- Female candidates only.
