Receptionist cum Telecaller (Female)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Female Receptionist cum Telecaller who will be responsible for managing front desk operations and handling inbound/outbound calls. The candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to manage clients and office calls professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Handle telecalling for client follow-ups, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain records of inquiries and calls in the system.
• Assist the office team with administrative and clerical tasks.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Provide accurate information about company services to walk-in clients and callers.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (preferred).
• Proven experience as Receptionist/Telecaller (freshers may also apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
