We are looking for a Receptionist cum Telecaller who can play a key role in welcoming students, guiding them about our courses, and building a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet walk-in students and visitors warmly.
• Counsel prospective students about our multimedia, animation, and technology courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to students (numbers provided by the institute).
• Encourage students to visit the institute for detailed counseling sessions.
• Maintain a record of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Assist in front desk activities like handling inquiries, managing appointments, and keeping reception area presentable.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth admissions and course updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Education is not a barrier. Talent, communication skills, and passion for student counseling will be prioritized over formal degrees.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages will be an advantage).
• Pleasant personality with confidence to counsel and motivate students.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or front office experience is a plus.
