Receptionist cum Makeup Artist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can manage the front office while also showcasing creativity as a Makeup Artist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere, while also delivering high-quality makeup services to models, influencers, and clients in line with the brand’s image.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and direct them to the relevant departments.
• Maintain visitor records, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle courier, mail, and general office coordination tasks.

Makeup Artist Duties:

• Provide professional makeup services for photoshoots, events, and product promotions.
• Stay updated with the latest makeup trends, techniques, and beauty products.
• Assist in creating looks for product campaigns, influencer collaborations, and tutorials.
• Support the creative/content team during shoots and events by ensuring models/influencers are camera-ready.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
