Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Kolkata. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, handling phone calls, managing appointment schedules, and performing various clerical duties. The role also includes providing customer service and ensuring smooth communications within the office.

Skills:

Strong, Confident and Fluency in English is a must.
Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills.Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Communication.Excellent Customer Service abilities.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Experience in a similar role is a plus.

Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience: minimum 6 months to 1 year experience required for the same role.Salary: Competitive Salary(as per the market standard)Working days: 6 days in a weekTiming: Monday to Friday(10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)+ Saturday(10:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
