Receptionist at Clinic

We are seeking a FEMALE receptionist to join our medical practice. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant and polite manner, be friendly and confident, and have the ability to create a welcoming experience for every patient.

Working Hours: This is slightly flexible to match with candidate. Ideally, we need someone Mon-Tue-Wed-Fri 12.30pm-7pm, and Thu, Sat 10am-1pm. Candidates interested in daily work 12.30pm-7pm can also apply. Morning only job is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage appointments and maintain patient records using basic computer software.

Handle incoming calls and coordinate appointment schedules.

Collect payments from patients and handle basic billing accurately.

Support the two doctors with smooth front-desk operations.

Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.

Requirements:

Good command of spoken English and Hindi.

Knowledge of Gujarati and/or Marathi will be considered an advantage.

Presentable, well-groomed, and polite personality.

Friendly attitude with a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable.

Basic computer literacy (appointment scheduling, etc.).

Prior experience in reception, healthcare, or customer service preferred, though freshers are welcome and will receive training. If you are dependable, courteous, and enjoy interacting with people, we invite you to apply.
