To answer phone calls and either caller's questions or direct the calls to the appropriate department to handle the caller's request. All phone calls are to be answered professionally and courteously.
Making and Receiving the phone calls.
1. Handling the parents and visitors.
2. Notice typing, circulation and posting in Erp.
3. Documents receiving (letters, courier, etc).
4. Checking the staff attendance register.
5. Keeping a record of interviews and appointments.
6. Receiving study materials like books and stationery and delivering as per the order.
7. Issue exit slips when required and inform the necessary departments.
8. Passing the information to the concerned person.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
