We are looking for a presentable, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization.

Position: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage the reception area and maintain a positive first impression of the company

Call Handling & Communication:

• Handle incoming calls, screen and route them to the appropriate departments
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups

Visitor & Office Coordination:

• Manage visitor entries, appointments, and meeting schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day office operations

Administrative Support:

• Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and basic documentation

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (Preferred)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
