We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist and Admin to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, manage phone calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers. Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth communication and operations.
