Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly female Receptionist & Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in front office and administrative tasks and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain front desk and office cleanliness
• Handle day-to-day administrative duties
• Maintain records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars

Requirements:

• Only female candidates are eligible
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
