Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. The desired candidate will ensure seamless management of appointments, inquiries, payments, and inventory, providing exceptional support to our team and delivering outstanding patient experiences.

To ensure seamless daily operations for the branch with respect to managing appointments, inquiries, payments and stock keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inquiry Handling: Respond to patient inquiries, provide information, and address concerns in a timely & professional manner.

2. Appointment Management: Coordinate and manage patient appointment schedules, facilitate communication between doctors & patients and reminders and send reminders to ensure seamless scheduling.

3. Billing and Collections: Manage billing processes, collect & process payments, manage receipts, depositing funds into the bank, handle financial transactions and submit per daily tallies to Management.

4. Inventory Management: Maintain and manage clinic inventory, including monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and organising storage to ensure efficient operations.

5. Liaison and Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for insurers, suppliers, and Human Resources, ensuring timely communication and resolution of queries.

6.Document Generation: Prepare and generate relevant letters, reports, and documents as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

7. Oversee housekeeping and administration of the office to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

8. Carry out additional duties as needed from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum12th pass or Graduation in any stream will be preferred 2. Experience: 2 years of prior experience in front office/ reception work is desirable, but not mandatory

1. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

3. Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer skills (system training will be provided)

4. Eye for detail

5. Good coordination skills

6. Proven ability to work under pressure

7. Meticulous

8. Ability to work without supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
