We are hiring for Guest Relation Executive for Puno.
Experience - 0.6 months to 2 years
l Ensure guest are properly greeted upon their arrival. Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction. Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
l Effectively manage customer complaints- Respond to on-the-spot customer complaint and manage and rectifies issues within scope of authority if matter has escalated beyond their control
l Party Bookings Taking: Maintain the record whatever party taken By GRM should have maintained separately.
Google Review target is 600 monthly and video Testimonial target is 100 for the month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
