Assign tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements and conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members improve their performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
