We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and handling NPA cases. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the entire receivable process, including invoicing and collections. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with receivables, such as non-performing assets (NPA). Develop and implement strategies to minimize NPA and improve cash flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics, providing insights for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the BFSI sector. Experience with receivable management software and systems, such as ERP or similar tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements, particularly those applicable to the BFSI sector.
