Key Responsibilities: Manage ATM operations to ensure continuous uptime and minimize downtime. Monitor ATM transactions and machine status; escalate issues promptly when required. Coordinate with Cash Management Company (CMC) for timely cash loading of ATMs. Verify cash before loading and ensure accurate balancing of ATM cash. Maintain detailed records of cash replenishment and withdrawals. Perform First Level Maintenance (FLM) tasks such as resolving paper jams, replacing receipt rolls, and managing card captures.
