Role & responsibilities Handle and grow business with existing key accounts across defence, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing segments Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets to drive new product sales and business growth Responsible to achieve the set targets in terms of revenue, profitability and other result areas Ability to lead the sales engineers team to create more design-win projects and revenue. Maintain and grow good working relationship with the assigned OEMs and customers. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement policies Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Field Sales, and Business Development. 3 to 8 years of experience in Electronic Components, Industrial Products, Automation, or Electrical Product Sales, preferably in a comparable role. Demonstrated success in generating sales, managing client accounts, and cultivating long-term business relationships. Strong track record in achieving profitable business growth, particularly with Key Accounts and OEMs. Effective managerial skills with the ability to lead and develop a team of sales engineers Target-driven, adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated, with strong presentation and communication skills. Willingness to undertake moderate travel as required by business needs.
