Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Architect end-to-end perception systems : data acquisition, preprocessing pipelines, inference engines, and deployment. Oversee the integration of perception modules (CV, LiDAR, radar, thermal, etc.) with robotic platforms. Drive performance optimization of real-time computer vision and sensor fusion stacks. Team & Project Support Mentor junior engineers and support the technical growth of the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across embedded systems, AI, and robotics. Ensure clear and effective communication between internal stakeholders and clients. Engineering Management Set standards for code quality , testing, and continuous integration. Lead technical decision-making and milestone planning for perception deliverables. Act as a technical POC for clients and internal leadership. Hiring & Team Building Define role requirements, conduct technical interviews, and contribute to building a world-class perception team. Help shape our engineering culture through thoughtful hiring and mentoring. Requirements Must-Have: 5+ years of experience in computer vision , sensor fusion , or robotics perception . Proficiency in C++ and/or Python for real-time systems. Strong experience with OpenCV , ROS , TensorRT , or similar frameworks. Hands-on experience deploying models on embedded or edge platforms (e.g., Jetson, Xavier, Coral). Deep understanding of camera models, calibration, and real-time data processing. Nice-to-Have: Experience with SLAM, multi-sensor fusion, or 3D vision pipelines. Familiarity with embedded Linux, GStreamer, or low-latency video pipelines.
