The Cluster Sales Head - Retail Liabilities is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve retail liability product targets within a designated cluster. This role requires strategic oversight, effective team management, and strong customer relationship building to drive sales and grow the market share of retail banking products. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for retail liability products within the assigned cluster. Lead and manage a sales team, providing mentorship and performance evaluations. Achieve individual and team sales targets for retail banking products. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business stakeholders. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
