Job Description: - Job Location: Pune - Qualification: Any Graduates (15 years Graduation) - Shifts: Rotational Shift - Experience: 2+ Years Note: Candidates must bring a Pan card for Assessment. Roles & Responsibilities: For Order Management: - Excellent Communication skills with experience in managing client stakeholders - Proficient in Order Management, Order fulfillment, and Supply chain - Experience working on SAP is preferred - Willingness to work from the office - Openness to work night shifts (For US)/early morning shifts (for APAC) - Experience in handling End-to-End Process for Order management, Claims & Disputes For Claims Analyst: - 2+ years of experience in Claims management - Proficient in managing Claims and Disputes - Good understanding of Reason codes - Expertise in Claims status reporting - Strong communication skills - Ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in Process transformation is advantageous - Willingness to work night shifts - Understanding of basic KPIs/SLAs - Experience with ERP systems like SAP & Web-based tools - Proficiency in MS Excel - Knowledge of Supply chain is a plus - Strong reporting and analytic abilities Regards, Infosys BPM Recruitment team.,
