Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Hybrid – Field + Online) We are building India’s leading SaaS CRM & Business Automation Platform and also deliver custom website/app development solutions . We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive both product sales and custom project sales . Responsibilities Sell SaaS CRM subscriptions (monthly/annual). Pitch and close custom website & app development projects. Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emailing, and business networking events. Bid on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer for web development jobs. Build and manage strong client relationships from first pitch to project handover. Work with the internal development team to scope out projects and pricing. Skills & Experience Required 2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales or IT service sales . Strong experience in LinkedIn lead generation and Upwork/Fiverr bidding . Good understanding of CRM, websites, and web app solutions . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Based in Ahmedabad/Gujarat with ability to meet clients offline. Compensation Fixed Salary: Depending Upon Experience Commission (Recurring): 5–10% of SaaS subscription revenue. Commission (One-Time): 8–12% of custom project value. Performance Bonus for hitting quarterly targets.
