Contact customers & convince them to visit our showroom for used small commercial loading vehicles or connect with our field team. Understand customer requirements and suggest EV vehicles based on their needs. Schedule customer visits to the recommended store and follow up accordingly. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively. Work across multiple processes, including customer service, data entry, and data management using Google Sheets. Maintain and update customer records accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
