Job Title: Accounts & Billing Executive Industry: Wholesale Distribution – CCTV Security Systems & Accessories Location: Parvat Patiya Employment Type: |Full Time Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and customer interaction tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing, invoicing, bookkeeping, and all types of income/expense entries in accounting software. Additionally, the role involves managing purchase invoices, payment collection, updating ledgers, and maintaining financial records. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage sales and purchase invoices Record all cash and bank transactions in accounting software Maintain accurate bookkeeping and up-to-date ledgers Follow up with customers for payment collection and pending dues Call customers for new orders and maintain order-related communication Assist in reconciling accounts and supporting financial reporting Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams as needed Requirements: Prior experience in accounting, billing, or related roles Familiarity with accounting software Strong communication and follow-up skills Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Responsibilities: Receive and log incoming CCTV cameras into the service system Maintain inward and outward records of cameras through service management software Open and inspect CCTV cameras for faults or physical/electronic issues Perform diagnosis, testing, and troubleshooting of non-working or faulty units Carry out repairs including IC or part replacements, soldering, or minor circuit fixes Conduct quality testing of repaired cameras before final delivery Update service records, repair status, and spare parts used in the system Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs Ensure proper handling and care of customer devices and internal equipment Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following: CCTV camera repairs Mobile phone repairing Soldering and basic electronics servicing Familiarity with electronic components, PCBs, ICs, and soldering tools Ability to use basic diagnostic tools and software Basic knowledge of using a computer and software for data entry Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication and record-keeping skills Preferred Backgrounds:Candidates from CCTV repair service, mobile repairing, or electronics servicing fields Candidates who have worked with authorized service centers or electronics labs Training & Support:Selected candidates will undergo hands-on training at our manufacturing/service facility, covering: Brand-specific CCTV products Testing and troubleshooting techniques Software usage for service records Spare parts management and quality protocols What We Offer: Competitive salary (based on skills and experience) Professional training and growth opportunities Opportunity to work with renowned CCTV brands A clean and structured service environment Long-term career potential in the surveillance industry
