The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, providing information about our real estate services, maintaining customer databases, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, scheduling property visits, and following up with potential leads. The role involves direct communication with clients to build trustworthy relationships and ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proficiency in using telecalling software and maintaining customer databases Ability to persuade and influence potential customers Basic knowledge of the real estate market is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is a plus
