Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing designs. This role involves working closely with Directors and project managers to deliver innovative designs within budget and timelines. Key Responsibilities : Develop Design concepts, Mood Boards, Sketches, and 2D/3D renderings. Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and décor elements Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and Design Presentation Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project feasibility. Manage project timelines, cost estimation, and resources effectively. Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field. Min 2 to 3 years of experience in interior designing, architecture. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong Creative and visualization skills. Knowledge of material, color theory, and lighting design Good Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
