Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Location: Kamptee, Nagpur
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Preference: Only Female Candidates

We are a fast-growing real estate firm in Kamptee, Nagpur, committed to offering reliable and efficient property solutions to our clients. We're currently looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers to explain property offerings.
• Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
• Generate leads by persuading clients to visit or inquire about available properties.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and appointments.
• Handle client queries efficiently and professionally.
• Schedule meetings for site visits with the sales team.
• Keep records of daily calls and customer interactions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi (English is a plus)
Confident and pleasant phone etiquetteBasic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in telecalling or customer engagement preferred
