Real estate telecaller

We are looking for a smart and energetic **Telecaller** (Female preferred)

### Responsibilities:
- Call potential property buyers and sellers from the given leads.- Explain available flats, rental properties, and investment options.- Maintain daily call records and follow-ups via WhatsApp and phone.- Fix meetings and site visits with interested clients.- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover.

Requirements:
- Good communication in Hindi (Basic English is a plus)- Confident and polite phone manners- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google search, and calling tools- Prior telecalling or real estate experience is preferred (not mandatory)

Job Type:
- **Part-Time / Full-Time**- Work From Office (Sector 150, Noida) or Hybrid/Remote based on profile

Salary:
- ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month + incentives (based on performance)
