Real Estate Salesperson (Min 4+ yrs exp)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Generate leads throughonline marketing, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations.
• Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate contracts.
• Should have and maintain knowledge of local real estate market trends and pricing.
• Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
• Maintain relationships with clients and follow up on past leads.
• Update CRM systems and maintain organized records of all transactions.

Requirement

Minimum 4 yrs of experience in Real estate.
